5 Day Market Building:·Tuesday to Saturday 8 am to 8 pm·· (Restricted to food and food related products)
The following is an estimated fee schedule for the 5 Day Market - These are subject to finalization.

$9.00 per linear foot per week
Refrigerated Counter (supplied by market) Additional $3.95 per linear foot per week
Utility charge according to equipment
Plus consignment fee to be negotiated based on type of product

ALL 2 DAY MARKETS

2 Day Farmers' Market - Inside/Outside Spaces:·Fridays 10 am to 6 pm / Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm

$4.50 per linear foot per week (all home grown products)
$5.00 per linear foot per week (at least 50% home grown plus other grown in Ontario products)
$5.50 per linear foot per week (all Ontario grown product bought for resale)
$6.00 per linear foot per week (all other produce bought for resale)
$6.00 per linear foot per week (all other products and services as approved by the Manager)

Market Building Lean-tos and/or Vendor Village Huts:· All covered lockable spaces containing an assortment of· products and services as approved by the Manager.

$7.50 per linear foot per week
Plus utilities as required.

Artisan/Crafters Workshops: ·These Vendors can work from these spaces anytime but will only be open to the general public on Market days.

$1.50 per square foot per month - There are 5 units at 300 sq. ft. and 1 unit at 600 sq. ft

Show Up and Sell:·(daily rates) - ideal for churches, services clubs, and individuals

$2.50 per linear foot frontage per day (10 feet deep), on gravel. Payment accepted on a cash basis only.

NOTE: There will be an additional charge for premium locations that have more sales frontage, i.e. some corner locations. Be sure you have read and understand the Jarvis Country Market "Policies and Procedures for Vendors" before applying for this opportunity. Certain conditions apply.
